Celestial Stasis, also known as Galaxy Stop, is a move from Final Fantasy Tactics that only the Astrologer job can use. It afflicts enemies with temporal status effects Immobilize, Disable and Stop, and can potentially affect all enemy units on the field. Unfortunately for the player, Orran Durai, the only character with the Astrologer job, is not a playable character and only appears as a guest in one battle.
