Description

The celebrant, also known as holy priest, is an enemy job in Final Fantasy Tactics. A defensive job, it supports the attack units, but have access to crippling magick. The job has access to certain spells from the white mage and the templar jobs.

Confessor Zalmour Lucianada has this job. In The War of the Lions, it is also used by Bremondt Freitberg.

Celebrant job command. Unleashes spirit forces obtained through the darkest of contracts.

Description

Zalmour and Bremondt must be equipped with a sword to use the Spellblade abilities. However, the celebrant job cannot equip swords, and neither Zalmour or Bredmondt have the knight's Equip Swords in any of their fights, meaning the abilities can never be used.

All Spellblade's chants were left disabled as dummied content in the PS version, but the data exists within the game. The chants are enabled and re-localized in The Ivalice Chronicles.
