		2 things: How should we format stuff? Right now it's kinda all over the place, and I was thinking we should figure out what way is best. One example (for Lulu): Know pain! -Flare Then there's the unitalicized version, and probably other ways as well. How broad should we be here? Originally it seems like this was just for battle quotes, but we could expand to others.

		Hang on, lemme test something: But there is no salvation for the damned! While casting Ultima Follow my lead! So the second parameter is not mandatory for many quotes that have the same purpose. Now that that's sorted, I prefer using the template, simply because it looks better. Of course, having everything italicized is silly, so we could always use a template called `{{BQ}}` or something that looks like this: "Your life ends at my blade!" —Before using Judgment "I'll show you how it's done." As for your second point, I don't see why not. This also expands coverage of notable quotes outside of games with voice actors. Just as long as we keep the quotes from getting too inane.
