Final Fantasy XI: Wings of the Goddess allows players to travel back in time to the Crystal War and participate in the Campaign against the Beastmen. The regions used for this system are similar to but distinct from those introduced for the original game's Conquest. These areas may be overrun by the Beastmen if players fail to contribute to the war effort.
