Battle
Part I
The Cait Sith is usually found inside the Quicksand Castle. The player should watch out for its Earth Blast ability, which inflicts earth-elemental damage to a party member. The player should also have some Antidotes and Alarm Clocks in their inventory, since the enemy may inflict poison and sleep. To defeat the enemy without any problems, it is highly advised of the player to equip a Rock Shield to all party members and to attack with the Aero spell and physical attacks. After Part II begins, the Cait Sith is replaced with the Neko Natter enemy.
Part II
During Part II, Cait Siths can only be found inside the Holy Tree Tower bonus dungeon. Cait Sith still has access to its previous abilities, but it can now cast Waterga. To lower the damage inflicted by Earth Blast and Waterga, it is highly advised to have an Ice Shield or Rock Shield equipped to all party members. To defeat Cait Siths quickly, the player should attack with Bladeblitz and high level spells.
