The Cactuar is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII-2 found among the long grass of the Plains of Eternity in Archylte Steppe during sunny weather. It has low HP and can be taken down quickly using an offensive paradigm. If left for a while, the Cactuar will use Cactus Dance and transform into the Giant Cactuar. Both versions of the enemy are needed to complete the Bestiary.
