Bukyo

Bukyo is a currently inaccessible city in Final Fantasy XIV. It is the capital of Hingashi and seat of its bakufu government. Bukyo is located on the island of Koshu. Little is known of the city due to their intensely isolationist policies, with the port city of Kugane being its only point of contact with the broader world. It was once home to Makoto Obinata and her brother Ugetsu.
