Broadaxe ((ブロードアックス, Burōdoakkusu?) or ブロードアクス, Burōdoakusu?) is a recurring axe in the Final Fantasy series. It is generally a weak axe that provides no special bonuses.

Broadaxe is the second weakest axe in the original PlayStation 2 version, providing 59 Attack, 6 Evade, 29 CT, and 3% Combo rate. It requires the Axes & Hammers 2 license to equip, and can be bought for 4,200 gil at Rabanastre or Jahara, or dropped from Tallow (1% chance).
In the Zodiac versions, it now provides 36 Attack, 6 Evade, 29 CT, 6% Combo Rate, and requires the Axes & Hammers 2 license for 25 LP. It can be bought on the Dreadnought Leviathan, Rabanastre, and Bhujerba for 1,600 gil, or dropped by Tallow (1% chance). It can be equipped by the Foebreaker.
