Breath of the Earth (大地の息吹, Daichi no Ibuki?), also known as Gaia's Breath, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is a supportive Limit Break, originally used by Aerith Gainsborough that removes all ailments from her and her allies.

Final Fantasy VII[]
Breath of the Earth is the Level 2-1 Limit for Aeris, learned after killing 80 enemies. It cures all status abnormalities on the party. Using Breath of the Earth 6 times will unlock Fury Brand.
Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis[]
Breath of the Earth is the third limit break for Aerith. It heals the entire party based on her healing potential and dispels defense debuffs.
Final Fantasy XIV[]
Breath of the Earth is the level 2 Limit Break for Healer classes. It restores 60% of HP and MP of all nearby party members.
Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[]
Breath of the Earth is an ability learned by Aerith at level 50 (5★). It costs 36 MP and grants a 500 HP barrier for 3 turns and increases resistance to stat breaks for 100% for 3 turns to all allies.
Gaia's Breath is the Limit Burst for Krile at 3★. When fully powered, it restores 200 HP with a modifier of 5.5x over 5 turns to all allies.
