The Bow (ゆみ, Yumi?), also known as the ShortBow, is a recurring weapon from the Final Fantasy series. It's a basic weapon, often being the first bow in the game.

The Bow has an attack power of 1 with 50% Accuracy, but with a -70 penalty to Intelligence and Spirit. It can be bought in Gatrea, Paloom, Poft, and Machanon for 20 gil (GBA/PSP) or 150 gil (Famicom/PS).
Final Fantasy III[]
The Bow has an attack power of 5 (Famicom) or 10 (Remake). It can be bought in Ur (Remake) for 100 gil and found inside Castle Sasune.
Final Fantasy IV[]
The Bow is an initial equip on Rosa. It has an attack power of 10 with an accuracy of 30, possessing the Throw element. It can be bought for 220 gil in Kaipo and Agart. It can be equipped by Cecil (Paladin), Rydia, Edward, Rosa, Palom, Porom, and Cid.
In the 3D version, it has an attack power of 10 with an accuracy of 75, and it grants a bonus of 1 to Speed. It can only be equipped by Rosa.
In the Easy Type version, its hit rate was increased to 40%.

The Bow has an attack power of 10 with an accuracy of 75. It can by bought in Mysidia, Baron (Ceodore Tale), and Kaipo for 220 gil. It can be equipped by Cecil, Ceodore, Cid, Rosa, Rydia, Palom, Porom, Edward, Luca, Leonora, Izayoi, and Harley.

Bow can be bought in First Town for 50 GP and be found in Cave of North. It has 50 use, and it also increases a Robot's HP by 9 and increases their Agl by 2. The damage formula for Bow is equal to 50 points of damage. The bow is Long Range, and it has a 60% chance to hit.
