Bloodfest (血祭 or 血祭り, Chimatsuri?, lit. Blood Offering), also known as Chimatsuri or Bloodbath, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is a Limit Break first used by Yuffie Kisaragi and later by Seifer Almasy, which deals heavy non-elemental physical damage to all enemies.

Final Fantasy VII[]

Bloodfest is the Level 2-2 Limit for Yuffie, obtained after using Landscaper 7 times. It inflicts ten hits of non-elemental physical damage at ⁵⁄₈ times normal damage each time to random enemies.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade[]

Main article: Bloodbath (VII Remake)

In "Episode INTERmission", Yuffie's limit break is Bloodbath, where she unleashes a barrage of attacks on her enemy. She can gain the ability to synchronize her limit break with her partner Sonon's.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth[]

Main article: Bloodbath (VII Rebirth)

Bloodbath returns as Yuffie's level 1 limit break. As Sonon is not present, it can no longer be synergized.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis[]

Bloodfest is Yuffie's initial limit break. It hits one foe for moderate damage multiple times.

Final Fantasy VIII[]

Bloodfest is an enemy ability used by Seifer during the fourth boss fight with him at Lunatic Pandora, used when his HP is low. In the beginning of the skill, Seifer attacks all of his enemies with fire spells, jumps high in the air and swings his gunblade twice, vertically and horizontally, forming a fiery cross on the ground beneath his adversaries' feet. The cross explodes, a hole opens up in the ground and the enemies fall into it. They keep falling through an underworld-like space before suddenly falling back to the ground, heavily damaged.

Final Fantasy XIV[]

Chimatsuri is the level 3 Limit Break ability used by the Ninja job. The Ninja summons a large number of blades to skewer a single target, dealing major physical damage.

Bloodfest is an enemy ability used by Seifer in the final battle at Lunatic Pandora, which inflicts major non-elemental physical damage to the party.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[]

Bloodfest is an ability learned by Yuffie at level 68 (6★). It costs 52 MP and deals 10 hits of physical damage with a modifier of 5.8x to one enemy in addition to increases LB gauge by 4-5 to the caster. It uses the Stardust Ray chaining family.

Bloodfest (FFVIII) is an ability learned by Seifer at level 10 (5★). It costs 12 MP to use and deals 1 hit of physical damage with a modifier of 6x to one enemy and increases ATK by 150% for 3 turns to the caster.

Bloodbath is also a Limit Burst for Materia Hunter Yuffie. When at max rarity and fully powered, it deals 2 hits of Earth physical damage with a modifier of 270x, decreases throwing weapon resistance by 45% for 5 turns, reduces DEF/SPR by 80% for 5 turns, and reduces Earth resistance by 130% for 5 turns to one enemy.
