Blizzard V is a ice-elemental Black Magic spell in Final Fantasy XI. It is the fifth tier of the single target Blizzard spells.

Blizzard V is available to Black Mages, and Scholars while under the effects of Addendum: Black or Enlightenment. Red Mages and Geomancers gain access after earning 100 Job Points.

Scrolls of Blizzard V can be purchased from the merchant Ezura-Romazura in Windurst Waters [S] for 186,375 gil, found in Gold Sturdy Pyxides in Heroes of Abyssea areas, or dropped from Shinryu.

Use

Blizzard V is a tier V Black Magic spell. An upgraded version of the Blizzard IV spell, it deals Ice-based elemental damage to a single target.

Additionally, a Summoner's Ice Spirit and certain setups of a Puppetmaster's Automaton are capable of casting this spell.
