Battle
A unique Thunder-elemental enemy, Blitz may charge itself up with Thunder, healing itself. If the player attacks Blitz when it is charged, the player will receive additional Thunder-elemental damage; an advantage if the player is equipped with Elem-Def J that absorbs the Thunder element.
Blitz is well sought after for its rare Power Generators, as one can refine into 20 Pulse Ammos, the strongest ammo in the game, and Power Generator also teaches Quistis a new Blue Magic spell. Power Generator is a very rare mug from a LV30+ Blitz.
