Bless in the 3D version of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years.
Bless (せいしんは or 精神波, Seishinha?, lit. Spirit Wave), also known as Regen, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is an ability used exclusively by Fusoya, which gradually restores HP similar to the Regen spell.

Final Fantasy IV[]
Bless is a command ability for Fusoya. In the non-3D versions, it has a casting time of 0 and immobilizes Fusoya while the party gains HP equal to the amount from a Regen spell.
In the 3D versions, Bless slowly restores MP to the party and can be learned by any character who is given the respective augment, received at the Crystal Palace after the events in the Giant of Babil. It grants +1 Intelligence (+1 Spirit in some versions) when equipped on a character that levels up after reaching level 71.

Clarity is an ability of the Magus class, learned at Job Level 9 for 160 AP. It requires 1 slot to equip, and restores MP to the party based on the user's Spirit stat. However, since the Magus class has low Spirit, it is not useful for that class.
