When Locke uses steal on either the Cadet or Merchant to transform them into a Birthday Suit. Locke will then be wearing the enemy's clothes outside of battle, letting him pass through certain areas in South Figaro safely. The Birthday Suit typically cannot be defeated, as they will flee before Locke's next turn comes.
