Bioga is a magic spell in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It is granted by either 
Poison Materia or Poison and Petrify Materia. It is the highest-tier poison spell above 
Bio and Biora. Bioga inflicts a large amount of non-elemental damage and inflicts the 
Poison status to one enemy, and can never miss.
Use[]
Bioga can be cast either with poison or poison and petrify materia equipped at max level. It is inexpensive for a third-tier spell, and deals good damage, making it effective against enemies that resist elements but not magic damage itself. The ability to inflict the poison status makes it a good way of also inflicting passive damage over time, or remove an enemy's 
Regen status.
Bioga cannot miss and is inexpensive compared to some of its peers. Its non-elemental damage is respectable, although it is lower than some spells, such as Quaga or Comet, as well as some party member abilities that can inflict said damage without spending MP (such as Blade Burst). As such, players should use it for damage output primarily if they want to apply poison or remove an enemy's regen.
