Template:FFXI Spell Bio II is an enhanced version of the original Bio spell found in Final Fantasy XI. It affects one enemy at a time, dealing Dark damage by weakening and draining their HP at the same time. Bio II takes precedence over Dia and Dia II, but can be dispelled by Dia III.
