Template:FFI Enemies The Bigeyes, also known as the Goggler or OddEye, is an enemy in the original Final Fantasy. It may use the Gaze attack which causes Paralysis, so be aware. Bigeyes often appear alone or behind a group of Sahagin.
The name Big Eye was used in the original NES translation to refer to the related monster usually known as Deepeyes, but was most likely shortened for space restrictions, among other enemy names. In the PlayStation remake, Bigeyes were referred to as Gogglers.
Although this enemy has very few HP, its high Agility and Evasion make it one of the most potentially hazardous enemies around the world of Final Fantasy.
