History[]

Sometime in the recent past, Betty's father took her to the train graveyard.[2]

In "In Search of Hope", Betty traveled to Wall Market and thought of a way to cheer up the residents of the slums. Upon encountering Cloud's party, Betty asked a relieved Tifa if Marlene was okay to which she affirmed. She then asked the party to find music discs for the jukebox, believing new music would make people happy. The party agreed to help and Barret kindly asked her to crank the volume up, commencing "The Power of Music". When they returned, Betty thanked them for their help and was pleased to see everyone smiling again.[5]
