Beat Rush in Final Fantasy VII.

Beat Rush (掌打ラッシュ, Shōda Rasshu?, lit. Palm Strike Rush), also known as Rise and Fall, is a recurring ability in the series. It is one of Tifa Lockhart's signature attacks, and is a swift series of powerful punches.

Final Fantasy VII[edit | edit source]

Beat Rush is Tifa's initial Limit, and deals 1.25 normal damage. Performing Beat Rush nine times, teaches Tifa Somersault.

Final Fantasy VII Remake[edit | edit source]

Rise and Fall is a martial technique Tifa can use when she accumulates enough chi when using Unbridled Strength. It can be executed by pressing the Triangle button, causing her to leap towards a target with kicks.

Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy[edit | edit source]

Beat Rush is one of Tifa's Bravery attacks, known by her initially. It knocks the opponent back through the air, beginning a Chase Sequence. It costs 80 AP to master, 30 CP to equip, and has Melee Low Damage Priority.
