FFX NulTide

NulTide in Final Fantasy X.

Barwater (バウォタ, Bawota?), also known as NulTide, is a recurring enhancing spell that grants the status effect of the same name, defending the afflicted unit against Water damage.

Final Fantasy X[]

NulTide is a White Magic spell available in Yuna's section of the Sphere Grid. It costs 2 MP and bestows the NulTide status on the party.

Final Fantasy XI[]

Barwater is a White Magic spell that can be learned by Red Mages (level 9) and Rune Fencers (level 8). It may be recast every 10 seconds for 6 MP. Those playing as White Mages have access to an upgraded version, Barwatera.

Final Fantasy XIII[]

Description

Barwater is a Synergist ability that increases resistance to water-elemental damage with a base duration of 90 seconds. It has an ATB cost of 2. It can be learned by Sazh (stage 8), Vanille (stage 7), and Hope (stage 5).

Final Fantasy Dimensions[]

Creates a barrier around all allies to reduce the next water attack by one-half.

Description

Barwater is the level 14 ability of the Seer class, requiring 340 AP to learn. At the cost of 24 MP, the user will reduce the damage of the next Water-elemental attack on the party by half.
