Description
Barrier Ring (バリアリング, Baria Ringu?), also known as Barrier Bangle, is a recurring accessory in the Final Fantasy series. It usually casts Shell on the wearer when their HP is in critical condition or increase elemental resistance for multiple elements.

Barrier Ring is a Relic that provides +2 Magic and casts Shell when the user is in critical. It can be bought for 500 gil at Narshe, Jidoor, Albrook, and Thamasa, found at Imperial Camp, or dropped by Harvester.
Final Fantasy X[]
The Barrier Ring (Three-Defense Ring in Japan) is an armor for Yuna, obtained when the dominant abilities on any ring are any three elemental Proof abilities.
The Barrier Bangle (Barrier Ring in Japan) is an armor for Lulu, obtained when the dominant abilities on any bangle are any three elemental Proof abilities.

A ring that automatically casts shell when the wearer is on the verge of death. This accessory, which defends against magical attacks, is a replica of a certain ring believed to be a gift from the gods. Although the original ring seems to always be protected by the shell spell, the barrier ring may be too far from the gods' reach to have the same effect. Many are hopeful from improvements upon this accessory.
Description
Barrier Ring is an accessory obtained by buying the recipe from Royal Capital Grandshelt and then using 80 gil, x8 Wind Crysts, x8 Light Crysts, and x3 Iron Ores, or buying it for 400 gil at Ghost Port Kolobos, Aquapolis Olderion, and Raven's Hideaway. It provides 1 DEF and increases DEF and SPR by 30% when HP is below 10% Max HP.
