Banish III (バニシュ III, Banishu III?) is a recurring spell in the Final Fantasy series, appearing only in the online installments of the series. It is an upgraded version of the Banish spell.

Final Fantasy XI
Template:FFXI Spell Banish III is the third tier of the Light-based Banish spell in Final Fantasy XI. White Mages are able to learn the spell at level 65 by using a scroll obtained from a Lagoon Sahagin, purchased from a merchant, or bought from the player-stocked auction house. Banish III deals extra damage to undead, and may also lower an undead enemy's Defense.
Casting Banish III with Afflatus Misery activate grants a damage bonus to the spell based on the most recent damage taken by the caster. The record of damage taken is reset upon use.

Final Fantasy XIV
Template:Sideicon Banish III appears in Final Fantasy XIV as an enemy ability available to the Corrupted Sprite and Light Sprite enemies. The ability deals strong unaspected damage to all targets in the opposing party. In order to prevent the party from taking damage from the spell, the player must inflict stun on the enemy.
In the Japanese version of the game, Banish III is called Banishga.
