Template:FFIV Enemies Baigan is fought as a boss in the Castle of Baron.

Battle

Baigan's two arms use Vampire to inflict Sap on the party and can also use Entangle to Paralyze them. Although the arms can be killed easily, Baigan will regenerate them. Furthermore, once hit with any sort of spell he casts Reflect on himself. Baigan can be defeated easily by casting Wall on the party, and having Tellah bounce spells onto Baigan. Once Baigan is killed, the arms will self-destruct. Another valid strategy is to twincast on Baigan, which pierces the reflect Baigan erects after attacked with magic.
