She is most known for providing voices for Azusa Nakano in K-On!, Ako Suminoe in Kiss×sis, Kirino Kōsaka in Oreimo, Koneko Tōjō in High School DxD, Suguha Kirigaya/Leafa in Sword Art Online, Kotori Itsuka in Date A Live, Hotaru Shidare in Dagashi Kashi and and Nino Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets.

- Ayana Taketatsu is married to voice actor Yūki Kaji[2], who voiced Hope Estheim in Final Fantasy XIII and its sequels, Bhunivelze in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, and Ace in Final Fantasy Type-0 and Final Fantasy Agito.
