Assimilation is a Merit trait for Blue Mages at level 75 in Final Fantasy XI. It increases the maximum number of Blue Magic Points by one per upgrade, allowing the Blue Mage to set more Blue Magic spells, or a combination of spells of a greater value. It is always active at level 75+ once obtained.
- It increases maximum Blue Magic Points by 1 per upgrade:
- 1 Merit: +1 Blue Magic Point
- 2 Merits: +2 Blue Magic Points
- 3 Merits: +3 Blue Magic Points
- 4 Merits: +4 Blue Magic Points
- 5 Merits: +5 Blue Magic Points
