This alliance with Nabradia has no meaning. Dalmasca should borrow Rozarria's power and use it to fight Archadia. That is the best route.
Argas sums up her intentions to Ashe

Marchioness Argas is a character from the manga version of Final Fantasy XII, appearing in chapter two, Eternal Vow. She is Ashe's helper and is like a sister to her.

Story

She was later revealed to be part of a Neo-Rozarria faction that was meant to kill Ashe's father. Yet Ashe and Rasler discovered this plans and went to stop her from assasinating the king. Her arm was later cut off by Basch, who was waiting for her to admit her intentions.
