Arba is an enemy in Final Fantasy XV fought in Duscae as a regular enemy and during hunts.
A pair of Lv.14 arbas also appears in the Duscae Deathmatch and All-Star Monster Mayhem of the Totomostro with a team name Gray Heels.
Bestiary[]
- Alpha
- Long-necked, arc-horned herbivore whose only known surviving relative is the anak, though fossilized remains suggest an extended family of numerous offshoot species that have since gone extinct. With weaker chromatic vision than the anak, the arba tends to favor size as a primary criterion when selecting a mate.
- Size: 30.34 ft. Weight: 14.87 t
- Beta
- This notoriously voracious grazer has been led away from its native habitat by the arbagadol, and could potentially wreak havoc on the ecosystem of the Kelbass Grasslands if left to feed unfettered.
- Size: 30.54 ft. Weight: 14.95 t

Battle[]
Arba appear in herds with groups of different sized animals. They are similar to the Anak fought in the Leide area. They rise to their hind legs to charge at those in front of them and sweep their long necks left and right to cover a wider area. They can leap away when attacked from the back. Their horns can be broken. They are weak to swords, machinery and lightning and resist light.
Strategy[]
The player can warp-strike the head, which is usually too high up for normal attacks to reach. This may also break off their appendages for additional drops while also weakening them. Hitting their behinds triggers blindside attacks and links. Warp-striking their bodies sometimes topples them over and they become vulnerable. As they appear in herds, the player can throw lightning-elemental elemancy at them to damage them in groups.
Etymology[]
Arba was a man mentioned in early, Old Testament verses of the Bible. In Joshua 14:15, he is cited as the "greatest man among the Anakites" and the father of Anak.
