Angel Robe (天使のローブ or てんしのローブ or てんしのはくい, Tenshi no Hakui?), also known as AngelGwn and Angel Coat, is a recurring armor in the series.

Template:Sideicon Angel Robe is the best robe for the White Mage, only available in the 3D remakes after leveling a White Mage to level 99 and talking to the Legendary Smith. It provides 45 Defense and Magic Defense as well as +20 Mind, and can only be equipped by the White Mage.
Final Fantasy V
Template:Sideicon Angel Robe is a mid-ranked Robe that provides 10 Defense, 11 Magic Defense, 25 Magic Evasion, 2 Weight, +2 Stamina, grants immunity to Poison-elemental damage, and immunity to Poison. It can be bought for 3,000 gil at Phantom Village or found in Castle of Bal, and it may be equipped only by the Chemist and Freelancer.

Etymology
An angel is a non-physical entity or spirit found in various religions and mythologies. In Abrahamic religions and Zoroastrianism, angels are often depicted as benevolent celestial beings who act as intermediaries between God or Heaven and Earth, or as guardian spirits or a guiding influence. Other roles of angels include protecting and guiding human beings, and carrying out God's tasks.
