Alv is a mark in Final Fantasy XV fought during the Ill Weeds Grow at Night hunt. The hunt takes place in small quarters with no opportunities for warping away to recover. Despite this, the battle should pose no trouble to a party by the time the mark is available. Alvs are weak to daggers, firearms, ice and light. They attack fast and the battle can get chaotic in the small arena. The attack where the alv drops down from above can be blocked and parried. Attacking with the player's best daggers makes quick work of them. The player can also character-swap to Ignis and use his elemental dagger attacks.
