Altima is a character from Final Fantasy XIV. They are an Ascian introduced in patch 2.3 "Defenders of Eorzea".

Altima spoke during a meeting of all thirteen Ascians about the growing strength of the Warrior of Light.[1]
At some point between A Realm Reborn and Stormblood, their Ascian mask came to be in the possession of the Shadowhunter, Gaius Baelsar.[2]
Characteristics[]
Gaius carrying several ascian masks, including the masks of Altima and Deudalaphon.
In Amaurot's Convocation of Fourteen, the position of Altima was given to the advocate of the arts.
Altima dresses in the standard uniform of an Ascian. They wear a single black leather hooded coat with purple markings and adornments. Like the other Ascian overlords in the reunion scene, Altima is represented with a lesser ascian model wearing a black mask.[1] Their red mask was confirmed to be one of the masks in Gaius' possession.[2]
Etymology[]
"Altima" refers to the Esper "Ultima, the High Seraph" from Final Fantasy XII.
