Appearance[]

Alphinaud is depicted in his Heavensward outfit, consisting of a white-tunic with matching pants and boots, a blue coat with black hood and black gloves. He also has an Obsidian Carbuncle companion in his 2D render. Intersecting Wills: A Bouquet of Flowers and Thoughts[]

Alphinaud and Lyse are drawn to a commotion on the deck of the airship, where Aerith’s group arrives back at the airship with their wagon full of flowers. Many warriors find flowers that are associated with something dear to them. Alphinaud among them recognizes Nymeia Lilies; he remembers when once in Ishgard, Count Edmont offered him a tea brewed from its roots. He remembers also how he also laid them at the grave of the hero Moenbryda. Lyse also finds moon daisies, which were Moenbryda's favourite flowers. Aerith explains to all present that their wills had created these flowers, and imparted within them the desire that they be returned to them; to this, their compatriot Vanille tells her that this explains why this experience makes her feel complete.
