Template:See Also Alexander Highwind Tycoon (アレクサンダー・ハイウィンド・タイクーン, Arekusandā Haiwindo Taikūn?) is a character from Final Fantasy V. He is the king of Tycoon and the father of Lenna and Sarisa. His speech is credited to King in the Anthology release, and King Tycoon in the Advance release.
He was the sole protector of the Wind Crystal, and, when he sensed danger, he flew away on Lenna's Wind Drake to the Wind Shrine to examine the situation. What happened to him after he left is unknown. He later appears in the Ronka Ruins and plays a game of cat-and-mouse with the player party. He proceeds to lure them into a trap and make them fall into what would eventually become the Catapult. It is revealed, while in the Ronka Ruins, that he is actually under Exdeath's control, forcing him to do things he normally wouldn't.
He is later seen attempting to destroy the Earth Crystal after commanding the unsuspecting party to kill its guardian. When he personally attempts to kill the party, Krile appears and snaps him out of it by attacking with a Thunder spell. King Tycoon eventually dies protecting the Earth Crystal, but he is unsuccessful, as the crystal shatters anyway, heralding Exdeath's return.
At the end of the game, his spirit, along with the spirits of the Warriors of Dawn, appears in the the Rift to suppress Exdeath's control of the Void when he uses it on the party.

Trivia
- He is the only known "Highwind" in the series who isn't clearly a spear-wielding Dragoon. He is never seen fighting so it is unknown if he is or was ever a Dragoon, even considering his draconic helmet.
