Akihiko Matsui is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV, encountered in the Developer's Room. On Akihiko Matsui's first turn, he will boast cast Libra on a party member, make fun of his/her stats, then cast Libra on himself. After seeing his poor stats, he begs for mercy and retreats.
