Afflatus Solace is a White Mage ability learned at level 40. It not available to players whose subjob is set to White Mage, even if their subjob's level is 40 or higher. It can be recast every 1 minute and has a duration of 2 hours.
While active it grants the following effects:
- Sacrifice: Grants a bonus to the variety of enfeebling effects absorbed and allows absorption of two enfeebling effects simultaneously.
- Cure spells: Casting Cure, Cure II, Cure III, Cure IV, Cure V, or Cure VI while Afflatus Solace is activated grants the target the effect of Stoneskin for a short duration (approximately 30 seconds). The Stoneskin effect attained via this method does not stack with and will not overwrite the Stoneskin effects of other spells and abilities, such as the White Magic spell Stoneskin and Blood Pact: Ward ability Earthen Ward.
- Elemental Bar Spells: Grants an additional Defense bonus to the associated element.
- Holy: Grants a potency bonus to the spell based on the amount of HP restored. The record of accumulated HP is reset upon use.
Using Afflatus Solace will overwrite the effect of Afflatus Misery, and vice versa.
Afflatus Solace is a White Mage spell available at level 52. The spell restores the HP of a single target with a potency of 700. Afflatus Solace can only be used at the expense of a single Lily from the caster's Healing Gauge. It has an instant cast time and has a recast time of 2.5 seconds.
Once the player reaches level 74 on White Mage, they will learn the Transcendent Afflatus job trait, which causes Afflatus Solace to nourish a portion of a Blood Lily on the player's Healing Gauge. Until level 76, Afflatus Solace serves as the player's only means of producing Blood Lilies.
Afflatus Solace is a Special Ability that cost 12 MP to use, increases Kupipi's SPR by 150% and enable Triple White Magic, both for three turns.
