The Aetherochemical Research Facility is the final dungeon in the main scenario storyline of Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward. It is unlocked during the quest "Heavensward." Along with Neverreap and The Fractal Continuum, it is one of the only level 60 dungeons initially released. The dungeon is an Allagan research facility containing the Warring Triad central controls and houses many Allagan defense systems.
