Advance in Final Fantasy III (DS).
Advance (ふみこむ, Fumikomu?), also known as Enrage, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is an ability of the Warrior class which reduces the user's Defense but increases their Strength.

Template:Sideicon Advance is the command ability of the Warrior class. Advance lets the Warrior sacrifice some defense in order to strike harder.
Both the damage bonus and defense reduction are related to the Warrior's current job level using the following formulas:
- Damage Bonus = Original Damage x (1.5 + JobLv / 110)
- Defense Reduction = Original Defense x (1.5 + JobLv / 110)
Which give the following results:
