Addle in Final Fantasy XIV.
Addle (アドル, Adoru?) is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series, appearing only in the online installments of the series. It is often an enfeebling ability available to caster jobs.
There is are also unrelated abilities called Addle in Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

Addle is a White Magic Enfeebling spell that inflicts a status of the same name decreases an enemy's Magic Accuracy and increases spellcasting time. It can be learned by the Red Mage (level 83) and White Mage (level 93).
Final Fantasy XIV[]
Addle is a Magical Ranged DPS role action. It lowers an enemy's physical damage dealt by 5% and magic damage dealt by 10% for 10s. The level 98 trait Enhanced Addle increases the duration to 15s.
The ability shares a similar icon and effect to the removed Virus action.
