Adaman Bangle is an accessory in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. One of the stronger accessories in the game, it boosts Zack's HP limit to up to 99,999, making him much more survivable.

Adaman Bangle is obtained as a finish reward in "M7-3-6: P's Precognition Lv. 6", found in a chest in Mission "M9-2-4: A New Path Discovered" and "M9-5-4: Abnormal Power", and can be stolen from Grandpanzer. Of these, "M7-3-6: P's Precognition Lv. 6" is the earliest and easiest way it can be obtained.

Breaking Zack's HP limit is incredibly important for later missions in the game. However, the player must also use Materia Fusion to grant materia with boosts to Zack's HP, up to 999%. A good materia to use this on is the Curaga materia, as the player will always want this on hand and it solves all of Zack's healing needs.
Adaman Bangle is outclassed by Divine Slayer and Genji Armor. Once Genji Armor is obtained, Adaman Bangle can be safely sold or discarded; before this point, it is vital to have equipped at all times.
