Base mechanics	Grants three stacks of Acceleration for 20 seconds, ensuring one of the following effects will occur on the applicable spells: Verthunder and Verflare will grant Verfire Ready Veraero and Verholy will grant Verstone Ready An Acceleration stack is consumed each time an applicable spell is cast

Stormblood	Added with a 35 second recast time and 10 second duration. Granted only a single stack. Only affected Verthunder and Veraero.
Shadowbringers	Now also affects Verflare and Verholy.
