Absorb-VIT is a Dark Magic spell in Final Fantasy XI. The Dark Knight job class learns this spell at level 35. When cast, the spell will allow the player to decrease an enemy's Vitality, and add a corresponding amount to their own. The effects of the spell will gradually decrease over time. It may be recast once every 60 seconds, for 33 MP.
