This Week's Fight - Emperor Mateus vs Galenth Dysley
FOR FIGHTING FATE!!!! NeoZEROX 00:46, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
While people may argue about how the series is becoming worse and worse with each game, you have to admit the villains get better and better. None of them, however will ever beat Vayne Solidor. AlVan 01:22, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
Something... Something... Dark side. Hexed 02:34, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
He will come back in XIII-2. He will. SquallRocks02:57, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
I've said that before, but you just have to respect this guy for spinning a net of intrigues and lies so confusing, that perhaps not even he himself understood everything anymore. And if he did, it's even more the reason to respect him. MirrorshardSceada 09:33, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
Mateus was a manipulator, true, but he wasn't quite good enough to qualify as a Magnificent Bastard. Superpope, by contrast, is a shoo-in for that classification -- SorcerorNobody 16:36, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
Superpope is and always will be the villain with some of the best voice acting. The Emperor on the other hand is fairly subpar. MystRay 21:02, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
^Everything above sums up my reasoning for this vote. Kamikaze Pardee 03:57, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
Never been a fan of the Emperor, on the other hand Dysley is pretty cool. I really like his poetic speech style. --RazielZero 10:16, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
Don't really like the emperor, and there's always the "shop at primarch" pun. UltimateAnnihilation 15:18, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
The Viewer's Box
Interesting choice: One who desires eternal domination against one who desires total destruction, though both use others in order to achieve their opposing goals.22.214.171.124 00:20, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
For his semi-blue mage aspect. I never really considered him a dragoon-variant. King of Noobs 03:33, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Well, not a typical dragoon or Blue mage type, (rather a monk!) but somehow better idea than a mouse :-D! --LonelyRose 20:14, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
This was a hard choice, but Kimahri is very interesting to me and deserves more respect. So does Freya, though. I found these as useful dragoons who are very underrated while the very overrated Kain was just stalling gameover because of his jump. Other than that it was just weak hits for Kain. People nickname Lulu Yuna's most faithful guardian when Kimahri was the only one who would have done absolutely anything for Yuna. Lulu and Tidus would have killed Yuna if she turned into a villain or something but Kimahri would never leave her side under any circumstance. AlVan 20:52, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Kimahri is more impressive visually and is a respectable character. Crunchy Moogle 08:31, September 10, 2011 (UTC)
oh what ever the rat.--griff 00:05, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
I don't really care for either but Freya has more personality and is more useful in battle then Kimahri, and I never was a fan of Blue Magic being a Limit break skill. NeoZEROX 01:27, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Because I like using her, but not Kim. Catuse167 01:28, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
One of the better IX characters (that's saying a lot), vs the unicorn smurf? Likeacupcake 01:36, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
To be forgotten is worse than death. Xepscern 01:44, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
"And may I remind you that her current guardians are...an undersized wookie." You gotta love Spoony. SquallRocks02:24, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
I never used her. Never used Kimahri either. I like Freya. I don't like Kimahri. The SirLaguna 07:52, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
I've always loved the overall theme of Freya. A noble warrior who has reached all that can be reached, but then loses the one most important thing in her life? And to top it off, one gifted with the name of a noble godess from the Norse Mythology? Just gotta love that. MirrorshardSceada 08:01, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Landslide much? SidVI 13:10, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Hmm... competent dragoon... rubbish dragoon... hard choice. Also, better character anyway, period -- SorcerorNobody 13:52, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
This must be a joke. --RazielZero 16:27, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
I tried to like Kimahri, but that didn't work out. Kamikaze Pardee 20:22, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
^ all that, plus she is the only TRUE Dragoon we have besides Kain. Jump attacks being limited to Limit Breaks does NOT make you a Dragoon. Yeah, I'm looking at you, Cid, Kimahri, and Ward. TheBlueDragoon20:16, September 11, 2011 (UTC)
