Because you gotta do it with something shitty, alright? I ain't gonna waste a good game with that.
Just until my second exam doesn't happen.
Honestly, I'm blaming Legend of Kain: Soul Reaver for having Raziel be basically an anorexic Vincent. I'm not joking. I played that one a little before today. It seems nice, but the gameplay is a bit meh. Left it aside for now. Some other time I'll give it more attention. I mean, it's vampires. And you control a vampire, who by nature is already dead, that died, again. And can switch between Material Realm and Spectral Realm. Really cool, but I haven't got used to it; not like I will like this. This isn't the place to be talking about this game anyway.
Let's see if the game actually got harder......
I don't really know much about Tactics, but she is like the most famous or loved female character or stuff. Idk, I might be completely off. But I definitely like her from what I know!
Still so many characters to do...... And I have yet to finish Zalbaag. Dammit.
Gaining a new party member in rpgs is always a great feeling but since VI has so many it feels like I have a private army or Mafia when they're all in the airship. I don't know, it feels satisfying seeing everyone together. I might do more of these type of posts. Mention a small detail I like in each game but no promises,
So I just finished the original FFVII. I wasn’t a fan of everything in it, but it was a decent game. I’m trying to find a game that can go next for me in the FF series, something with a very similar style with VII. I’m thinking about playing IX but I’m a bit skeptical because I didn’t really like the graphics as shown in the preview, but I’m still open to playing it if I hear some good things. Any suggestions?
I am having a lot of fun with it! I am currently at chapter 4 viewing commspheres. I also for randomly decided to AP grind (using the Intrepid Garment Grid, mind you.) at Chapter 3. I love the Samurai dressphere and I fuckin despise S P H E R E B R E A K. I also have the Lady luck Dressphere too! Its neat I think. I will attempt to do a 100% playthrough on NG+

How Can People Breathe In Blitzball?
Final Fantasy X, we received the sport known as Blitzball. This combination of soccer, water polo, and foosball takes place in a giant sphere made of water. All the players swim in it and then pass a ball between each other to try and score a goal.
it's never explained specifically how Blitzball works the way it does. All of the players (including humans) are swimming in an enclosed water sphere. How in the world are they able to breathe the entire time ?
What Is Kefka's Motivation?
Final Fantasy villain that can top Sephiroth in terms of scale and execution is the jester-like being known as Kefka. The craziest of all Final Fantasy bad guys, Kefka doesn't hide what he does nor is he afraid of anything else.
Due to his many extreme actions,it makes us wonder what his motivations are ?
How Did Noctis's Mother Die?
Final Fantasy XV though, we received the protagonist Noctis Lucis Caelum, the heir to the throne of Lucis. When the story opens, Noctis is traveling across the realm and completing various trials to prove his worth and protect his kingdom.
Because of how central his heritage is to his powers and character, it's strange why his mother is never mentioned. Clearly she would have to be the queen, but she must be dead when the game takes place. It begs the question: how did Noctis's mother die?
Warn me if the link doesn't work
Anyway, awesome and understandable that FFVI appears in this list. Vagrant Story also appears, and slight mentions (as in only the name is said) are made to FFTactics and FFXII, and you also see Ace from FFType-0 and a little footage of FFXV! Really like the list. I kinda of wouldn't mind perhaps try some of the games mentioned, if I had them.
On another note, I think games like FFVIII and FFIX could have also easily made it there, from the Final Fantasy franchise that is.
Y'all know how Square uses a lot of especially Greek and Roman mythology, and the Fabula Nova Crystalis, namely FFXIII, have touched especially Nordic mythology. These three, alongside Asian mythologies/cultures (I know Type-0 for example has base on a Chinese one), are the most used by Square. Some other examples include: Artemis's Bow, Zeus's Mace, Hermes's Sandal, many enemies' names or story behind them (this is Greek mythology), the Crests and Sigils in FFX are an example of Roman mythology (excluding Tidus's and Yuna's. Sun and Moon don't count), and Odin and Thor's Hammer as examples for the Nordic one.
But there's more mythologies around, and I even just spoke this with my mom a few moments ago because there was a documentary about Egypt passing on the TV: I'd really like a Final Fantasy game with a major focus or more references to Egyptian mythology. So far, the only references I've seen of it was a rare game in FFXII called Anubys (and I think the symbol of Iifa Tree is actually the Ankha [I think that's the name?], but I might be wrong there). Considering Egyptian mythology is a very rich one, and quite famous too, I feel like Square could touch it a bit more, make a few more references to it.
Another one(s) that can up eventually was(were) the Inca, Mayan, Aztecan ones, which so far I've only seen the Temple of Ancients and Quetzalcoatl (written Quetzacotl in FFVIII due to the limit of letters) as a sort of major reference.
Obviously, it's possible other smaller details, some random enemies, origins of them and stuff might be based on these, but it's not as visible as the ones I mentioned. Also, I mixed Inca, Mayan and Aztecan together because I can't distinguish them..... Sorry about that, but my history books only bring Greek and Roman mythology up, and bring some of the gods of the Egyptian one. The others are never even spoken about.
Personally, I don't think it needs to be a mainline game. It can perfectly be for a spin off.
I just really love mythology, despite not really make a big search of it, but I always like to discover more about the different mythologies all around the globe.
What do you think? Would you like Square to touch these mythologies a bit more too?

I like that you have just exp and gil, no GF, Materia, Equipment AP, Job skill ect. just your level and that's it. I think that's something IV Dosent get enough credit for. Keeping it simple and by the book. Sorry for not having a detailed post just wanted to share my thoughts.
How y'all feel? Personally, I'm really excited.
