4 had one of the best stories. It got like that because a video game magazine writer in Japan said that 3 had no story and if Square mad another FF he wouldn't play it.

I just didn't like the battle system. I think that's what turned me off about the game. One of the worst in the series IMO.

In my experience it'd be FF7 at least in the US.

Like in the original FF7 it had mini games to distract you from the main game. Most noticed in Golden Saucer.

What I like about 10's forced blitz ball game is that you can purposefully lose just to hurry the story along. Unlike 9 that you're forced to win the card tournament. Ugh.

^ Agreed. Figaro is the only kingdom left with whatever is left of its territory. Many towns do have mayors, councils or whatever. People will thrive either way.
