Since Steve Blum being replaced for the remake trilogy, Matthew Mercer isn’t bad as Vincent, but kinda feels off. Which VAs who should voiced Vincent Valentine instead of Matt Mercer.

But (hopefully?) the (maybe?) epic design makes up for it, especially since I'm limited to what I can do on Hero Forge! So...I'm attempting to recreate ALL of Final Fantasy Seven's characters! (In no particular order) So, this will be an absolute madhouse. And, along with each character, a quote! (If I can find one) For the debut, let's do THE most important character:

I can't wait to finally have my favorite character! Been waiting patiently for him, can't believe it's here now!

Now to either save crystals for when he comes, or keep trying to get Yuffie's outfit since she doesn't have one yet....

Makes me wonder... Now that Vincent will be here, and we also already have Cait Sith, would they start doing Dirge of Cerberus plotline in the near future? Seeing as Vincent is the only playable character, and Cait is playable for a short while, but you don't even fight there.

Vincent and Cid being both AI controlled party members, just like Red, made me think of an old married couple and their dog (and Cid isn't even that old lol).

I legitimately can't stop thinking about these, especially if I actually decide to think about Before Crisis. Story wise, that game was a banger. Hopefully, with Ever Crisis coming around, all that sweet story will be accessible again.

Alright, so this first one is a very rough summary of Rufus's contribution in Before Crisis (he does and goes through a little more, but this is the main deal):

Poor guy. Worked so hard and all he had to do was wait a few years.

This next one is about Vincent:

I kid you not, this literally happens. There's a part a few chapters after the Nibelheim incident where you visit the Shinra Mansion with Verdot in search for a support Materia for Elfe and both of you eventually find the coffins and Vincent and the guy literally wakes up, says hi to his old buddy and helps you in a single normal encounter, divided in two though, against some AVALANCHE members, the types of which you've killed tons of at this point. It's not even a boss battle. And then he goes back to sleep lol. I laughed a lot when I saw this.

And yes, unlike what many might think, Vincent didn't sleep for 30 years continuously. He woke up after 29 for 10 minutes to stretch and then went back to sleep for another year.

Really wished Before Crisis was still accessories today....

Poor Vince. At least you're not looking at Lucrecia's body like you do for half of the scenes in Dirge of Cerberus.

Anyways, I like to imagine the next scene.

While heading back home, Vincent comes across Cid and Shera. Cid calls his buddy over and Vincent ends up having no other choice but to go.

Cid: Sup, buddy. How was your day? Had a nice Valentine's day?

Vincent: ........

Shera: Is that a no?.....

.

Cid: Well, this is awkward and I'm thirsty. Let's head back home and drink some goddamm tea!

Shera: You can come with us if you want, Vincent. There's always space for another one.

Vincent: ........ Sure....

They head back to Cid's and Shera's home. They were already in Rocket Village, in case you didn't know.

Shera: Here you go, you two. Enjoy your tea.

Cid: Hell yeah. Finally, some good fucking drink.

Vincent: ....... Thanks.....

Shera: Anything else you want?

Cid: *takes a big sip* For you to sit down and drink tea too!

Shera does aa she is demanded.

Vincent is about to leave. Cid follows behind.

Cid: Alright, speak.

Vincent: Uh?

Cid: You clearly had a bad day. Why?

Vincent: ........ Why do you care?

Cid: C'mon. We're buddies, aren't we? Ya can tell me anything.

Vincent: .................. You'll find it childish.......

Cid: Pal, I'm here to hear all your childish reasons. Don't be shy, c'mon!

Vincent: ........... *Almost breaking down (in a meme way)* Everyone forgot about me!!! *Cries on Cid's shoulder* I.... I-I thought today was Valentine's day!

Cid: Uh? H-hey! Don't you go crying on me! Calm yourself down!

Vincent tries to calm down. Fails miserably. (This is suppost to have a meme vibe. Sorry if it isn't working)

Cid: Look. I did call ya, didn't I? I remembered ya! Now, STOP CRYING FOR FUCK'S SAKE!!!!

In the end, they had some more drinks, got drunk and eventually fell asleep. Shera took them to bed.

Shitty story, but it's what we have for today.

Obviously, it had to be Vincent and Cid because I ship them, a lot. I know, I'm weird. Deal with it, I gotta deal with it too.
