It's Quistis's birthday today, so I decided to do a little thing:
I did her pixel sprite from Record Keeper. Even tho her clothes are supposed to be orange, in the sprite they are more peach-toned, so I tried to copy with whatever colors I had at disposal.
Also, there's been an event in Record Keeper more related to Quistis, a weapon for her is the main attraction. I wanted to take a relic draw from it, to see if I could get any Soul Break for her, because she didn't had any yet (not counting the inicial Soul Break), in comparison to others, like Squall and Rinoa (who have 10 Soul Breaks already) or even Laguna and Zell (which with only one so far [inicial Soul Break not included]), so yeah, she wasn't very useful in terms of Soul Breaks, and being a Blue Mage in Record Keeper doesn't compensate much, because you can only use lv.4 magic (Strago can use lv.6 magic tho), and those only cause damage once, while lv.5 already causes damage four times. Yeah, I barely use her.
But!!! Now, she has more Soul Breaks, and they are awesome, so she is more useful.
I got these two today. The one with the Guardian Doomtrain (the second one) is the main attraction of the event. The relic draw from the event is related to characters with poison-elemental Soul Breaks (Quistis [which is the main one in this case], Edgar, Kefka, Marcus, Leila, and others).
I also got these when I got the Malboro Tentacle(VIII), in a Realm relic draw:
Although Squall and Rinoa already have tons of Soul Breaks, at least I got new ones. And Kiros finally got a Soul Break! He didn't had any Soul Break as well (besides the inicial one, of course).
What shocked me more was the fact I got 3 lv.7 weapons in one relic draw. That is like 1 in a 1000000000000000000 chance; it's already very rare to get a single lv.7 equipment, imagine getting 3 in the same relic draw! Quistis's birthday is full of luck!
This weapon here was given right at the beginning of the event by the game itself. It was the first Soul Break I got Quistis (not counting the inicial one).
Funny enough, Quistis is the first character with a Limit Guardian Soul Break I have. When that type of Soul Break was added, Yuna and Eiko were first two who got the first Limit Guardians (Valefor and Madeen, respectively). But I haven't got those Soul Breaks yet. I have, however, already used Valefor as a Limit Guardian due to a Roaming Warrior, and it's amazing.
