On the Barret Wallace page, under History/Before FFVII/Early life, 3rd paragraph;

As revealed in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Barret's wounds were treated by Doctor Sheiran and having his damaged right arm amputated and replaced with a prosthetic gun arm. Barret finds Marlene soon after and decides to raise her, assuming Dyne died.[12] The artisan Old Man Sakaki made a prosthetic adapter for his arm that allowed Barret to attach weapons.[13]

I wish to remove the part claiming Doctor Sheiran replaced Barret's missing arm with a prosthetic gun arm. In Rebirth we learn that Doctor Sheiran helped Barret recover from his injuries and that upon seeing each other again after 4 years is surprised to see this "frightening-looking" gun arm Barret now has. In 2009's novel 'On the Way to a Smile: Episode Barret' we learn that Old Man Sakaki helped Barret try out different prosthetics before making him an adapter to attach a gun or any other prosthetics. The adapter is already mentioned later in the same paragraph.
