Personally, I'd like if it did. Especially if it was a DLC surrounding Cid and Vincent, and possibly even making them the playable characters.

However, development for Part 3 has started even while Rebirth was being made, and it's already planned to come out in 2027. This doesn't mean a DLC can't be made, or isn't possibly being made in the middle of it all, but it sounds unlikely.
