There 3 guy from FFVI the name is GAU , GOGO and RELM also blue mage too. I don't know is hard tell who s the best blue mage better strago

Side note, I don't know why Gau's Cat Scratch is so effective but I always make sure to get the Stray Cat rage and use it whenever Gau is in battle. I actually had him use that instead of Ultima on Demon and it did 9999 damage (though I was a bit overleveled).

It's true Gogo can use Lore, and by mimicking enemies, Gau can kinda be a sort of Blue Mage too, but Relm there's no way.

Besides, their official job classes are: Gogo -> Mimic, Gau -> Feral Youth, Relm -> Pictomancer. Strago's class is, officially, Blue Mage. Stop inventing other characters besides Strago are Blue Mages by profession.

Gogo really won't be able to use any but aquabreath and revenge via putting lore on Gogo's list of moves to use in battle.As for Gau though useful in his own game rage moves will still use the fight command half of the time so I find blue magic useful if you can use it 100% of the time.

Relm is the next strongest character, but she is strong, not because of it. So it doesn't seem right the blue mage

Plus, Gogo can only use the same Lores Strago has collected, so if you're lacking with Strago, you're lacking with Gogo.

For a solo Gogo it won't be able to use any lores if Strago doesn't learn any new ones and Strago only starts with Aquabreath and the useless Revenge lore.

I mean, this is not about solo Gogo?

Besides, Gogo is junk. His stats suck and you can't improve them enough to be good.

And he can only use what other characters have learned. Blue Magic, Rages, Blitzes, Bushido abilities, and he can't even use magic when solo.
