School can stay aside for a while, I have a game to play! Cecil, let me join you!

Welcome to Europe, where the Anthology collection has FFIV and FFV, hence why FFV is the cover art. But I ain't dealing with Faris and company anytime soon.

As for the game itself, Idk if I'll need help or not. Last time, I had lots of trouble against certain bosses, but ever since then, I've come to learn more stuff about the game and ways of dealing with it all, so perhaps I won't be in such a tight spot. The fact I probably won't be running away from the monsters inside dungeons so frequently should help too (I still don't understand why I did that in both FFIV and FFV the first time).

So, I'll enjoy talking about the game and other trivial things with anyone in this post. Plus, you get to follow my messed up commentary and recount of the story, that personally sounds more like it should have been than the original game is, but whatever.

I got the summon Bomb!

So, now only the Mindflayer is missing. I will have to take a little visit to Earth, so I might try a few more times to get it.

With this all, I'm already around level 55.

When I beated FFIV, the only optional summons I got were Bahamut and Leviathan considering that they were super useful and that I was able to find them🤣

But FFIV still has summons that I didn't even know exists. Like wow I should really search up on many summons that I have no idea on.

Last time I played I didn't get any of these summons that you get from enemies drops, but I had search all of Rydia's summons (can't remember the reason) and knew they existed, but vecause I didn't get any I thought perhaps it just didn't exist in my version.

So, save from these, I got all the others. Bahamut, Asura, Leviathan, Odin, Sylphs, got them all.

Well, still no Mindflayer, but everyone is pretty much past level 55 (except Rydia, she's at level 54). I might just go for the final dungeon and ditch that summon tbh. Unless I still have to level up more even after the dungeon to reach level 60.

But I'll see that tomorrow or during the weekend.

This is interesting..... Cecil's the one having the last turn now for some reason.....

Before it was Edge -> Kain -> Cecil -> Rydia -> Rosa, now it's Edge -> Kain -> Rydia -> Rosa -> Cecil. It makes no sense. Out of nowhere Cecil is the slowest, I haven't even gotten new equipment for him or Rosa as I'm exploring the final dungeon! (Got all of Kain's armors, Edge's second strongest weapon and also I think it's Rydia's strongest whip). It makes no sense that the order changed. Cecil is even a level higher than Rosa! Was this because he died against White Dragon and the game's codes went drunk?

Almost at the end of it all. About to go after the Ribbons. I died once to Plague, the monster that guards the Holy Lance, but beat it second try, all thanks to Holy (it caused 8000 of damage!).

All bosses of the dungeon (except Zeromus, of course) defeated!

I'm actually going to attempt Zeromus now. Only Kain is level 60, Cecil is level 59, Rosa and Edge are level 58 and Rydia is level 56 (she might never learn Meteor this playthrough. She learns Meteor at level 60)

And I died.

Holy Moon, it's done. Zeromus is dead. He didn't stop casting Meteor, everyone died except Cecil, who almost died, but I had him use an Elixir on himself. Seeing as reviving people wasn't working because of the Meteors, I just made Cecil attack and Zeromus died right away. Gosh, this battle is pain. But it's done. FFIV officially finished.

This one will also be useful for my theory.

Definitely one of, if not the best, burn I ever heard.

Why you gotta leave Cecil and Kain behind?! Because you're not there, Kain won't go to Cecil's wedding to stop it now!

Definitely the most important quote of Golbez and the one that makes for half of his character development.

Kain: Cecil, do something! Don't let my polyamorous relationship be but a dream! You're brothers, please!

I LOVE THEM!!!!!

If you have the chance, you should try to look for them on Youtube. There's one of Rydia casting Meteor on Golbez, one of Odin vs. Kain, another of Edge vs. Rubicante, the last one is Paladin Cecil flying on a Black chocobo. Pretty awesome. I love them so much.

Now..... FFIX, or FFVIII again? Hmm......

Nice u finished 👍 That "You called me brother" quote is my favorite Golbez quote he has. It's even in Dissdia NT and DFFOO and I even memorized it in Japanese and I say it randomly cuz I love it.🤣

I want to also add that Naruto was also probably inspired for the idea that Kaguya is the goddess of rabbits, while like her, the creator has a rabbit form. I feel like I've mentioned about this but then a part of me feels like it's rather that I actually forgot to mention about this similarity.

What do you think?
